Dr. Parnell has been a Godsend and he is truly a blessing sent from God. I truly believe if it wasn’t for Gods grace and Dr. Parnell, I would not be here writing this letter today. As I write, my heart is full of gratitude and my eyes with tears. I have been chronically ill most of my life with undiagnosed bartonnela co-infecion of lyme disease / mitochrandria dysfunction. "Both my daughter and I were treated for Lyme by Dr Parnell. I became a patient of Dr. Parnell after seeing improvement in my daughter.

I had an additional issue with the (Covid) vaccine complicating my treatment. Before treatment I was very limited in physical activity to the point my muscles just shut down. It took me hours to recover. Various areas of my body were painful to touch. It was difficult finding a position to sit or lie down without pain. If something fell on the floor I could not bend down to pick it up. If I was on the ground it was extremely difficult to stand up.

Before finding Dr. Parnell, other specialists identified and treated specific symptoms but did not find the root cause. There was a limit to what doctors were willing to do. Anyone who has chronic Lyme knows how debilitating it is and how the medical community does not have an overall treatment. For me it was a one year journey to healing. My daughter’s journey was longer because of her struggle long before finding Dr. Parnell. I measure success by being free from pain and fatigue.

Dr Parnell’s holistic whole body approach worked for me. It took many visits with many blood and urine tests and physical probing to determine progress. The tests uncovered many areas areas of imbalance that he prioritized. The first 6 months for me was getting rid of toxins built up in my body, especially a high level of mercury. The next 6 months involved various meds to attack the lyme bacteria. Dr Parnell explained that some of the meds would have painful side effects while eliminating the bacteria. All of the side effects eventually went away.

My daughter and I both kept logs of our treatment and results along the way. As you get better it’s hard to remember how bad it was or to recognize improvement because it seems to take so long. Dr. Parnell used this information to tailor our treatment plan. Mine was slightly different from my daughter’s. He took the time to question and listen to us at every appointment . He made sure we understood the treatment and what to expect. He kept in touch by email and phone as necessary. At no time were we at a loss for the next step. There was no silver bullet medication but a series and combination of meds taken over time between visits. He adjusted and changed the meds that were causing more pain than necessary. He made no promises but gave assurance that he would stay with us to a positive end. He gave a rough estimate on when we should be done, however it is different for each patient.

For me, it’s be great to get on with my life again. I am off of all meds."
